About Shore Accessible
Shore Accessible was established to help small business improve accessibility to their customers facing disability. Our mission is to provide quality site evaluations that help business owners identify and remedy access issues. We believe improving access will increase your customer base and improve service to your customers.
An estimated 50 million people in the U.S. are living with a disability. As the baby boomers age this is expected to increase. Improving access to your goods and services to this population is good business. Our site evaluations provide feedback on aspects of the customer experience and offer suggestions on areas that need improvement.
Starting in the parking lot we examine the approach, the entrance, access to goods and services, restrooms, and other areas open to the public. Our survey is based upon the guidelines and priorities established by the 2010 ADA for existing facilities. We also offer suggestions on points of service interactions and other steps beyond the minimum requirements provided for by the ADA to further improve the customer experience.
Good service is good business. Being conscientious of and helping to mitigate any obstacles that limit your customer's enjoyment of your products and services will bring those customers back.
